About the Coffee

Some coffees take time to figure out. Bang On was the opposite.

From the first brew, it stood out for its incredible sweetness, creamy body, and forgiving nature. After weeks of brewing it as both espresso and pour over, it continues to impress. It's one of those coffees that's difficult to get wrong and easy to keep reaching for.

The cup is rich and comforting, reminding us of warm pastries fresh from the bakery. Expect soft vanilla cake layered with buttercream, drizzled honey, roasted pistachio, and the cinnamon-sugar sweetness of fresh churros. It's balanced, approachable, and equally at home as your daily espresso or weekend filter.

If you enjoy coffees with a dessert-forward profile, Bang On is exactly that—sweet, smooth, and effortlessly delicious.

About the Process

This coffee undergoes a carefully controlled double anaerobic fermentation using a cultivated lactobacillus culture to develop sweetness, body, and complexity. After fermentation, the coffee receives a thermal shock before being slowly dried in a dehumidification system, preserving its vibrant aromatics while producing an exceptionally clean and expressive cup.

Our Roast

We roast Bang On to a light-medium profile at around 13% weight loss, balancing sweetness and development while keeping the cup clean, creamy, and easy to brew across both espresso and filter.
